* e-transfer u18centalattackaa@gmail.com Phase 1 will consist of 3 ice times guaranteed and
the cost is $40 for each player. Payment of $40 can also be made at the rink prior to ice time.

Tuesday Oct 3rd - 7:30 pm Simmons Arena
Wednesday Oct 4th - 7:30 pm Simmons Arena
Friday Oct 6th - 7:30 pm Simmons Arena
Players invited back for Phase 2 will be posted to the website no later than 10:00 a.m.
Saturday Oct 7th.

Phase 2 schedule is as follows;

Monday Oct 7th - 2:30 pm Simmons Arena
Wednesday Oct 8th - 12:40 pm Simmons Arena
