Sherwood Parkdale Rural Minor Hockey Association online registration is now closed.  Please contact the registrar if you wish to register for the 2023/2024 season.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you are going through programs such as Kidsport or JumpStart, you will need to attend our "in-person" registration session.
  

In-Person Registration Session

This session will be held on Friday, September 8, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Maplewood Room.

Payment Methods

Payments may be made by e-Transfer, cash, cheque and/or post-dated cheques (on or before October 31, 2023)
 

e-Transfer Method:

• e-Transfers are to be sent to sprmha@gmail.com using the password "Hockey".  Please indicate the player's First Name, Last Name and DOB in the message section of the e-Transfer
• Registration Fee's MUST BE paid in full when selecting to pay via e-Transfer

Cash and/or Cheque Method:

• You will need to attend our "in-person" registration session that will be held on Friday, September 8 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Maplewood Room.  Please ensure you print off and bring a copy of your online registration confirmation.

Late Fee

• A late fee of $50 will be applied to all accounts after September 8, 2023

 

Refunds

A refund is available to players who withdraw from the SPRMHA based on the following:
 

• Full refund before the end of October
• 50% partial refund before the end of November
• No refund after the end of November

Divisions

At registration, every player must register in his or her age division. The following chart will be in effect for 2023-2024.
