Feedback
Following our year end survey, we received much feedback from the membership that they would like the Board of Directors to be more involved and have more of a presence within the day to day operations of all the teams. With our new website, the board requested that there be a way for the membership to be able to provide feedback to the board at all times.
The feedback we receive will sent to the appropriate director or representative for their follow up. We are looking for all types of feedback; a well run practice, an official that did excellent work, a volunteer that goes above and beyond and also concerns that arise where you don't know where to turn and don't want to "rock the boat".
Your name is not required, however we ask that your feedback be clear and concise.
TEAM FEEDBACK
In following with our established prodecure, if you have a concern within your team, we would ask that you follow the 24 hour rule, then approach your team manager or representative to discuss with them. The second step would be to contact your division director and follow up with them.
