Call for Volunteers for George Trainor Holiday Classic

Sherwood- Parkdale Rural Minor Hockey Association and Charlottetown Minor Hockey Association have come together to begin quick plans of Hosting the 16th Annual George Trainor Holiday Classic this December 2021.
The George Trainor Holiday Classic (GTHC) depends on Volunteers to help put on a successful “A” level hockey tournament for PEI male and females in divisions U9 to U18.
Positions that need to be filled ASAP for the tournament to happen are below:
If you are interested in volunteering with a successful tournament that has been around for 15 years, please email katrinadurdle@hotmail.com
There will be a meeting on October 5th, 2021, from 7pm until 9pm at 40 Enman Crescent, Room 125 for anyone who is interested, has questions or suggestions for the tournament.

- Hospitality Coordinator
- Schedule Coordinator
- Ice Coordinator
- Shoot Out Coordinator
- Timekeeper Coordinator
- Sponsorship & 50/50 Coordinator
- Disciplinary and Rule Committee (At least 3 members and can hold more than one position)
- Hospitality help
- Rink Supervisors
- Timekeepers
- 50/50 Sellers
- Runners
