| ***REMINDER YOU MUST BE REGISTERED BEFORE GOING ON THE ICE*** To ensure the safety of players and volunteers during our continued navigation of COVID-19 protocols, we are asking players to complete the following contact tracing form. This will help make the check-in process more efficient for players attending conditioning ice times. **Please note, you only need to complete this form once.** 2021-22 U11 Conditioning Ice Times All players can arrive a maximum of 30 minutes prior to the scheduled ice time and a minimum of 15 minutes to the scheduled ice time. Spectators will be allowed into the seating area at the start of the scheduled ice time and must exit the building immediately after the ice time. **WE ASK THAT WHERE POSSIBLE PLEASE HAVE YOUR CHILD FULLY DRESSED WITH SKATE GUARDS ON TO LIMIT THE NUMBER OF PARENTS IN DRESSING ROOM AREAS.**
