Good evening Members,
CPHO has implemented Circuit Breaker Measures as a result of the recent outbreak of COVDI-19 Cases on PEI. Therefore, all hockey games and tournaments have been suspended beginning Sunday, February 28th at 8:00 AM until at least March 14th. Practices can continue with strict monitoring of symptoms, contract tracing and handwashing protocols in place. Events are limited to one group of 50, with no additional cohorts.
As we have seen over the past couple of months, things are continuously evolving and changing as it relates to COVID19 guidelines and protocols. This will no doubt, require the Association and facilities to adapt and change plans quickly. Therefore, we ask for your patience and understanding, as we navigate through these uncertain times.
A reminder, check your child for COVID-like symptoms prior to each on-ice activity. The screening questionnaire can be found here: http://sprmha.com/page.php?page_id=122815
If you have answered “YES” to any of the questions, please DO NOT send your child to on-ice activities at this time. Consult your health care provider or call 811 to determine when you can return to on-ice activities and whether you need to be tested for COVID19
If you have answered “No” to all the above questions, you may send your child to on-ice activities.
