***REMINDER*** U13 AAA Tryout Pre-Registration Is Open

This is a call to anyone interested in trying out for the U13 AAA Central Attack team please email centralattackpeewee@outlook.com with the following information before October 1:

Phase one of the tryouts will be $30. This can be paid at the rink prior to the first ice time.
Please note: you must be registered with your home Association first before attending.
A reminder to check your child for COVID-like symptoms prior to each on-ice activity. The screening questionnaire can be found here: http://sprmha.com/page.php?page_id=122815
If you have answered “YES” to any of the questions, please DO NOT send your child to on-ice activities at this time. Consult your health care provider or call 811 to determine when you can return to on-ice activities and whether you need to be tested for COVID19
If you have answered “No” to all the above questions, you may send your child to on-ice activities.
