***UPDATE*** Female Conditioning Camps Announced

2020-09-13

Members

Female Conditioning Camps have been set for the 2020-2021 season.

Female conditioning Camps are made available to only members of SPRMHA and the Charlottetown Minor Hockey Association.  Players must be registered before attending these ice times.

Due to COVID guidelines, protocols and restrictions within our facilites, conditioning camps for the females will be slightly different this year.

At the female level conditioning camps are hosted by both SPRMHA as well as the CMHA.  If your daughter is playing in U9, U13, or U18 this year, please visit CMHA for details surrounding conditioning ice times.

The following are conditioning ice times for U11(all at Cody Banks):

  • Sunday Sep 20, 11:45AM
  • Sunday Sep 27, 5:00PM

The following are conditioning ice times for U15 (all at Cody Banks):

  • Tuesday, Sep 29, 8:15PM

Note: Schedules are subject to change. Therefore, keep an eye on our website for schedule change announcements.

To ensure we are operating safely and following the Chief Public Health Office and Facilities, we must adhere to the following guidelines and protocols when using the facilities.

The guidelines and protocols are as follows:
  • Players U13 and younger must arrive at the arena fully dressed with skate guards or with only skates to be tied.
  • Players U14 and older must arrive at the arena at minimum half-dressed for their ice time.
  • All users may only arrive at a maximum of 15 minutes before the start of their ice time.
  • All users must leave the arena within 10 minutes of the completion of their ice time.
  • The player benches and penalty boxes will not be available for use.
  • Dressing room bathrooms may be used during your assigned ice time if needed.
  • Dressing room showers will not be available for use.
  • No Parents will be permitted in the building during the conditioning camps (capacity limits)
  • Parents needing to tie skates for players under 11 will be allowed to enter the facility one at a time to tie skates, they will then leave immediately afterwards.
  • Parents will be required to answer a COVID19 Screening Questionnaire.
  • Players must wash their hands before entering the facility.
  • All players must check-in with a member of the Association before entering the rink.
As we have seen over the past couple of months, things are continuously evolving and changing as it relates to COVID19 guidelines and protocols. This will no doubt, require the Association and facilities to adapt and change plans quickly. Therefore, we ask for your patience and understanding, as we navigate through these unprecedented times. We are confident, we are heading in the right direction, for a return to hockey as we know it.
