Hockey PEI Social Media Discipline and Education Memo

The Sherwood Parkdale Rural Minor Hockey Association (SPRMHA) Executive Board would like to remind all parents, players, coaches and managers of the Hockey PEI (HPEI) Social Media Policy. We strongly encourage all members of SPRMHA to review the policy and to adhere to the guidelines set out within.

Due to an increased number of reported social media violations, Hockey PEI has issued the following memo. Although the notice specifically addresses Bantam and Midget Leagues, we feel the guidelines and directives apply to all Leagues.

Hockey PEI, along with our Executive Board, will continue to ensure our membership has a safe and fun environment for all. Hockey PEl, in conjunction with all Associations, will continue working towards educating its membership and establishing a social media education campaign to be implemented for the 2020-2021 season.
