The December 31, 2019 deadline for coach certification, respect in sport and criminal record checks is fast approaching. 

Please contact your Divisional Directors for the Criminal Record Form and visit these links for certification requirements.

NOTE: COACHES AND COACHING STAFF WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ON THE BENCH BEYOND DECEMBER 31, 2019 IF CRIMINAL RECORD CHECKS AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET BEFORE THIS DATE.
